Store Pickup
Overview
REGALLOONS | The Party Company offers scheduled store pickup for online orders from our North Miami Beach showroom and warehouse location.
Pickup availability may vary during holidays, peak seasons, and operational volume.
Pickup Process
Once an order is placed, our team will prepare and review the items for pickup.
Customers will receive an order confirmation and pickup notification once the order is ready.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving at the pickup location. Order confirmation may be requested during pickup.
Same-Day Pickup
Same-day pickup may be available for select products and orders placed during business hours, subject to product availability and order volume.
Balloon Bar & Inflated Orders
Inflated balloons, Balloon Bar arrangements, and custom balloon products are prepared as close as possible to the selected pickup time to support presentation and float performance.
Balloon quality may be affected by handling, transportation, temperature, sunlight, and environmental conditions.
Product photos, inspiration images, and arrangement references are intended as visual guidance only, and exact replication may not always be possible.
Customer Arranged Pickup
For wholesale, oversized, freight, or customer-arranged shipments, pickup coordination may be handled directly with the customer or designated carrier.
